  • Mixed Seafood & saffron bouillabaisse, served with potato, baked sourdough, basil oil & herbs. 
  • Moules Mariniere. 
  • Pork tenderloin & fennel seed crust, dauphinoise potato, crispy cavolo Nero & redcurrant jus. 
  • Fricassee of wild mushroom in a cream & truffle madeira sauce, finished with porcini dust & herb oil. 
  • Ribeye served with triple cooked chips, mushroom, confit tomato, onion rings with a bordelaise sauce.


Sharing platter with classic crème brulee & tarte au citron.
