- Pork tenderloin & fennel seed crust, dauphinoise potato, crispy cavolo Nero & redcurrant jus.
- Fricassee of wild mushroom in a cream & truffle madeira sauce, finished with porcini dust & herb oil.
- Ribeye served with triple cooked chips, mushroom, confit tomato, onion rings with a bordelaise sauce.
Sharing platter with classic crème brulee & tarte au citron.
